Contest Term
The contest/raffle term is from February 27th – April 1st.
Eligibility
This contest/raffle is open to legal U.S. residents who currently have an active Sightpath Medical account (“Entrant”). Employees of Sightpath Medical and its affiliated companies, its advertising and promotion agencies, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of each of them and their immediate families and/or household residents are not eligible to enter. Limit one (1) winner for this contest. Entrant acknowledges that their photo may be shared to a Sightpath Medical social network. All decisions of Sightpath Medical regarding a contest/raffle are final and binding in all respects.
