Charice Anderson

Chief Legal and Administrative Officer

Charice serves as Sightpath’s Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. She is responsible for the Company’s legal affairs and compliance program, and oversees all integration activity across the organization. She has successfully led the Company’s efforts on a broad range of strategic and regulatory matters.

Charice’s professional journey with Sightpath started with Sightpath’s former parent company, TLC Vision, where she served as Associate General Counsel and later General Counsel. Following her time with TLC Vision, Charice joined the private law firm of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, LLP where she worked with the firm’s commercial practice group. In that capacity she advised clients across a variety of industries on M&A, strategic transactions, day-to-day transactions, corporate governance and compliance.

Charice’s legal background includes experience in healthcare, compliance, M&A, employment law, employee benefits, contracting, corporate governance, litigation and risk management. She received her B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
